產(chǎn)品描述
ERRβ-GFP報告基因是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測ERRβ轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。ERRβ(estrogen-related receptorβ)是組成核受體ERR的一個亞基，研究發(fā)現(xiàn)ERR對**如骨質(zhì)疏松癥、癌癥和糖尿病等有重要作用。
REPOTMERRβ-GFP報告基因主要應(yīng)用于Estrogen Receptor Related Receptor Beta信號通路、**研究、相關(guān)基因的調(diào)控和功能的研究。
pGMERRβ-GFP是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了多個ERRβ結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，可以高效地檢測ERRβ的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報告基因，更便于后續(xù)的檢測。同時，對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔?，增加了質(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得ERRβ-GFP報告基因更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。ERRβ GFP Reporter Plasmid ERRβ-GFP報告基因質(zhì)粒
