產(chǎn)品描述
HSF-GFP報告基因是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測HSF轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。HSF(heat shock transcription factors)主要在于控制熱應激反應的動態(tài)平衡。
HSF-GFP報告基因主要檢測Heat Shock Response信號通路、**研究以及基因過表達和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMHSF-GFP是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個HSF結合位點，可以高效地檢測HSF的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報告基因，更便于后續(xù)的檢測。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。另外，由于質粒體積減小，使得HSF-GFP報告基因更易于轉染。HSF GFP Reporter Plasmid（HSF-GFP報告基因質粒）
