產(chǎn)品描述
MR-GFP報告基因是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測MR轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。MR(mineralocorticoid receptor)是核受體家族的一員，通過**信號的傳遞和激活醛固醇靶基因的表達，調(diào)節(jié)多種生理病理反應(yīng)。
MR-GFP報告基因主要應(yīng)用于Mineralocorticoid Receptor信號通路、**研究、相關(guān)基因的調(diào)控和功能的研究。
pGMMR-GFP是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個MR結(jié)合位點，可以高效地檢測MR的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報告基因，更便于后續(xù)的檢測。同時，對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點進行了適當?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得MR-GFP報告基因更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。MR (Mineralocorticoid Receptor) GFP Reporter Plasmid MR-GFP報告基因質(zhì)粒
