AARE熒光素酶報告基因（報告基因質(zhì)粒）（AARE luciferase reporter plasimd）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測AARE轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。隨著氨基酸的消耗，GCN2被激活并且使elF2a磷酸化，這將使ATF的翻譯增加，激活的ATF4將結合AARE調(diào)控目的基因的表達。

AARE報告基因主要檢測細胞中氨基酸受體的活性、**研究以及基因過表達和RNAi的表型分析等。

pGMAARE-Lu是吉改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個AARE結合位點，可以高靈敏度地檢測ATF4/3/2的激活水平。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當?shù)耐蛔?，增加了質(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結合特異性。由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得AARE報告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。AARE luciferase reporter plasmid （AARE-Luc熒光素酶報告基因質(zhì)粒）

使用說明
