GRE報(bào)告基因（報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒）（GRE luciferase reporter plasimd）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測(cè)glucocorticoidreceptor轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。GR（glucocorticoidreceptor)調(diào)控的糖皮質(zhì)類固醇是強(qiáng)有力的**介質(zhì)，并對(duì)心血管、新陳代謝、**和體內(nèi)平衡功能進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)或維持。

GRE報(bào)告基因主要應(yīng)用于糖皮質(zhì)**介導(dǎo)的信號(hào)途徑(glucocorticoid-mediated signaling pathway)的激活水平研究、**研究以及基因過(guò)表達(dá)和RNAi表型分析等。

使用說(shuō)明
