ISRE熒光素酶報(bào)告基因（報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒）（ISRE luciferase reporter plasimd）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測ISRE轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。

ISRE（interferon stimulated response element）報(bào)告基因主要用于檢測干擾素誘導(dǎo)的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)通路在細(xì)胞中的活性、**研究以及基因過表達(dá)和RNAi的表型分析等。

pGMISRE-Lu是改造后的哺乳動(dòng)物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了多個(gè)ISRE結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，可以高靈敏度地檢測ISRE的激活水平。同時(shí)，對(duì)載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔?，增加了質(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得ISRE報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。ISRE luciferase reporter plasmid （ISRE-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒）

使用說明

1.          pGMISRE-Lu可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進(jìn)行檢測。
