Comments: 4D1.5.7細胞Animals were immunized with the 293-27 cell line (human fetal kidney, transfected to express IL-8 receptor type B).
Spleen cells were fused with P3X63Ag8U.1 myeloma cells.
The antibody binds to IL-8R-B with Kd = 1.9 nM.
It does not bind to the type A receptor.
The epitope recognized by 4D1.5.7 appears to be expressed in the N terminal portion of the molecule.
Propagation: ATCC complete growth medium: Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium with 4.5 g/L glucose and 2 mM L-glutamine, 90%; fetal bovine serum, 10%
Subculturing: Medium Renewal: Every 2 to 3 days
Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. 4D1.5.7細胞Start cultures at 2 X 10 exp5 cells/ml and maintain between 1 X 10 exp5 and 1 X 10 exp6 cells/ml.
